User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wele, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wele for personal and lawful purposes.

3. App Features

Wele provides local-first creative and organization features. The app may evolve over time, and certain features may be updated, added, or removed.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for content you create, import, or store in the app.
• You must not use the app for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
• You must not attempt to disrupt app integrity or bypass payment logic.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Coins

• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store billing systems.
• Virtual coins are digital in-app items with no cash value.
• Unless required by law, virtual coin purchases are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the app, including code, design, branding, and non-user content, remain the property of the app owner and licensors.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate app access if you violate this agreement or applicable law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised agreement.
